The meeting took place on 19th of November 2025 in Sofia as an in-presence event. A total of 13 EUSDR countries participated: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Bavaria/Germany, Baden-Wuerttemberg/Germany, Hungary, Montenegro, Moldova, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovak Republic and Romania as well as DG REGIO, EU Commission; the EUSDR National Coordinator from Bulgaria, a representative from SELEC, and the DSP pillar officer.
Some participants attended the meeting via zoom: Austria, Croatia, Ukraine as well as the technical coordinator for the cooperation with PA 1a โWaterway mobilityโ, the representative of PA 1a and the National Coordinator from Bavaria.
The meeting was chaired by PAC from Bulgaria.

The next meeting will take place during the first half of 2026. The date and the venue will be communicated to SG members and partners at a later stage.
